The fact<\/strong>: The reality is that chicken is one of the most demanded foods in the world with a high nutritional value, a very important content of vitamins and minerals, an accessible price, and a great culinary versatility.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Scientists, experts and professionals warn that the use of hormones in the poultry industry is just a myth because such hormones do not even exist in the market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

MYTH: ARE THERE SPECIAL HENS FOR PRODUCING VERY SMALL EGGS, SPECIAL HENS FOR JUMBO EGGS, AND SPECIAL HENS FOR PRODUCING DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOLKED EGGS?<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

The fact<\/strong>: Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about the type of products we are consuming, which is why so many kinds of eggs have become fashionable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

However, if we go back to the poultry production process, we will realize that there are no special birds, all hens in their productive cycle, especially at the beginning, can produce eggs with double yolks or with sizes out of the normal. All this depends on the age of the bird, in other words, the younger the bird is, the larger the eggs it will produce. Something similar happens for double or triple yolk eggs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is certain is that the area potentially available and the desired use of space result in different stocking densities that can potentially affect the uniformity of bird body weight, and thus egg size.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
